now a days the only time a woman wears stockings and a garter belt is when she is looking to get some so if a certain someone is looking to get some at the office then yess!!!!

Yes, many companies still require their female employees to wear hosiery to work. I'm sure some of them are wearing stockings.
Stockings or Pantyhose make women look more professional in the work place. Women who go with bare legs look sloppy, and unprofessional.
