you do not want to do that.she should call the police and file charges or restraining order on her husband.she should stay somewhere safe where her husband cannot fine her.

knowledge of a crime (& yes that is a crime) gives you the right & the duty if not the responsibility to report it to the proper authorities... & that would be to the local police or the sheriff's where the "crime" was supposedly committed. (you can even do so anonymously)

after you've done that, they would send out people to do an initial interview or investigation based on your call, & then if there is evidence or if your best friend would want to do a citizens arrest then the authorities would book the guy. they would also advise your friend on how to obtain a restraining order for her husband.

She might not want to call the police BUT you have her address and YOU can, just call the police and tell them she just called and her husband is beating on her and they will dispatch a car and when they see that she has been roughed up she won't have to sign a complaint its automatic as they will arrest him for domestic violence, then when she calls you go pick her up along with her things and help her file a ppo and divorce and take him to the cleaners. Do the legal way, hire a good lawyer (if he has money) if he's worth less than a penny, go west side upp his ***, bro, that's your bestfriend, do what your heart is telling you and don't let anger control you too much, if you try to go bloodz & crips on him you'll be as worst as him.
