we have a 1998 ford bronco and every once in awhile it wont start. it sounds like it wants to but dont and?

if i keep trying eventually it will start then randomly it wont start again we took it in 6 months ago and got all the wiring redone cause it was doing the same thing it runs great but starts when it wants to and once its started it dont go dead someone help i cant afford getting screwed by more shops thanks

Update:

is it possible that it can be the fly wheel ?it has new starter and egnition all that was checked.

    I 'll try to measure fuel pump pressure.

    Sometimes fuel pump works but don't supply enough pressure.

    Check that first.
