Typically about five days but depends on how fast hubby heals... yes there is a risk of infection if healing hasn't at least started, however it is well to remember that the only sterile product of the human body is urine - so a Prince Albert piercing is self sterilising - this tends to help things along...

Any danger of losing part of the jewellery is mitigated by the gauge of the jewellery, I would advise a VERY SLOW increase in gauge once the piercing site has fully healed, after about six weeks... but you don't have to wait that long to start enjoying the benefit... as soon as he feels comfortable with the metalwork is probably the time for a gentle start, the wild n' crazy stuff will follow.

Id wait at least 2 weeks. Oral is the fastest way to get an infection and you don't want that. You will know when its healed. When the crusties are gone you can have all the fun you want. Hope he and you enjoy it as much as I do. In fact I went back and had a reverse PA also now we enjoy both.

I have a pa and when i had it done it was a new thing and couldn`t wait to try it out but i waited 2 weeks before having full sex. i masturbated 3days after the piercing it was tender but took it easy and it was fine. ya deifinitly have to wait for ALL sexual acts, they all cause the same reaction in his **** so ya, waiting is best, and the main reason is if your body fluids some how get on the piercing before its healed theres gonna be a nasty infection

i recommend you wait till it starts to heal ! the thought of a nasty infection on the old chap not nice had trouble with a nibble piercing got an infection nasty and sore lol plenty of salt water !!!!!!!!

he has to dunk it in salt water for a few weeks before he can dunk it anywhere else
