Subs dont work right?

I just repaced my speakers for my subs and when i turn the radio on the sub immediatly vibrates non stop and make a loud bass noise even when i turn the raidio volume all the way down. What did I do wrong?

    Recheck all the connections make sure none of the speaker wires are touching other surface. Also inspect the power and ground wires, look for melted, cracked insulation. Check the RCA cables make sure they are properly attached and they are not making contact with the surface.

    you have some feedback coming from somewhere might be some wires touching that shouldnt be or metal touching exposed wire somewhere. you also might have to run power wire and rca's on opposite sides of the car they can create feedback as well

    did u hook it up str8 to the cd deck or to the amp and did u hook up the amp right and ake sure no wires r touching and the the amp isnt touching metal from ur seats
