Create XP disk?
A while back I ripped all of the files from my XP disk to my hard drive incase I lost my disk; and sure enough I did. So basically now I have all the files - the setup and a few folders with many folders in it. Now, I tried to burn to a CD, but when I start up my computer, it doesn't boot to the XP CD, just goes right to my hard drive, my BIOS is set to boot from CD first, so I have no idea why it's not working. Does anyone have any idea of how to fix it? Thanks.

It doesn't work that way. That CD you burned is not bootable. You either have to directly make a copy of the CD itself or you can do an over the network installation using the i386 folder. That would require you to have a network and another PC though.

I used this guide a while back to create a slip streamed xp cd for my brother, worked like a charm.
