why do i get a notice that says 'buffer overun detected' and what is it? I was trying to defrag my laptop but couldn't as that notice came up.

so time ago they used to write virus,
attack utilizes poor coding practices in C and C++ code, with the handling of string functions.
if you where using windows built in defrag this could be the case.....
check microsofts data base for solutions...
but when asking you need to put yours system details and operating system details ....
