Losing a lawsuit, which can result in wage garnishment, liens against property, and whatever else your state allows.

Of course bad credit has more consequences that most people realize. Besides not being able to get low interest credit, it also affects:

    1. the price of home and auto insurance

    2. affects your ability to find employment

    3. and even your ability to obtain utilities such as phone, cable, and electricity.

Lets just say credit card company will get their money even from a dead person. Imagine if you're still alive.

All the things that previous people already listed and more.

Why would you even thought not paying your bills?. It will haunt you down the road. You wouldn't want to loan your friends money without getting it back. Credit card companies and banks have much more resources to go after you.

Remember credit cards and banks have more information about you than your own parents.
