What's the best thing to do when you get the pregnant dizzies?
Lie down for a bit?
Eat something?
Just feeling pretty light headed at the moment, and looking for advice. Unfortunately I'm at work, fortunately it's a physically gentle office job.

I would let a coworker now so that you are not on your own, take 5 minutes eat a little, take a drink and rest, if it gets worse make arrangements for someone to take you home and consult your doctor if this is ongoing. good luck!

Lie down as soon as you feel lightheaded or dizzy, so you won't fall and hurt yourself if you do faint. If you're in a place where it's impossible to lie down, sit down and try to put your head between your knees. And naturally, if you're doing anything that might put you or others at risk for injury, such as driving, stop right away.
Lying on your left side will maximize the blood flow to your heart — and thus to your brain. It will likely keep you from actually fainting and may relieve the sensation of lightheadedness altogether.

You should eat, drink some water and if you still feel a bit dizzy, put your head down towards your knees for about 3 minutes, then slowly raise your head and you should feel better. Dont raise it to quickly otherwise it'll make you feel faint again

Sit down immediatly!!
Have some cold water and take a few slow deep breaths to calm yourself. You may need to eat, so have some crackers or the like in your purse, in the case that you need them.

First sit down, then breathe deeply. When you feel more stable have some water and a light snack. Water helped me the most. Have it with you as much as possible.

What I do is drink cold water and sit down in a cool area. It works!!! also laying down is a good idea too. Avoid over heated places

Just sit and relax! It is something you cannot fix, unfortunatley, you will just have to deal with it. Just make sure you sit and you aren't up walking around, which increades your chance of falling and hurting yourself.

eat
even a cracker
here's the deal: you feel dizzy because the baby needs food
