I would say (all you need is love) Sargent Pepper's Lonely Hearts club band, You only need that part where John Lennon is singing all you need is love.

I had my friend/bandmate sing In My Life at my wedding. I also had my chick band perform John Lennon's Grow Old With Me. For the garter toss, you'd probably want something a little more up beat, so I would suggest something like George Harrison's This Is Love, but I'm partial to George's solo work.
