Is there a word that sums up this phrase ''What ever it takes to get the job done must be done"?

    I assume you mean a single word that describes the phrase? If so, there's probably a few words that could loosely be used but I couldn't think of anything 100% accurate:

    1) Nike. The word has become famous in popular culture for meaning 'Just Do It'

    2) Avanti. Means go ahead.

    3) Irregardless. Self explanatory.

    4) Relentless. Self explanatory.

    If you had said a combination of two words it would probably have been much easier as you could simply add the word 'no' before a raft of words such as No Surrender, No Turning etc or the word 'Be' eg Be Relentless.

    Good luck in finding the magic word, I'll check back to see if anyone comes up with anything more appropriate.
