Approach the inequality like an equation.
I'll do the two of them for you. You should be able to figure out the rest with this explanation:
-3x ≤ 9
Divide both sides by -3.
Answer: x ≤ -3
---
2x + 4 > x + 6
subtract 4 from both sides, x from both sides.
Answer: x > 2

Be careful here. When you divide by a negative number, you have to FLIP the inequality sign. Look at the first one....
-3x</= 9
When you divide each side by neg 3......
x>/= -3
As for the rest: treat them like an equation. Isolate your variable (combining when needed), then do the rest like above.
