Brake Cleaner or Carberatur Cleaner May be flamable but it flash evaporates, pulls all of the oxygen out of them, bug spray is good but this will kill all of them wait till night time when they are inside then kill em all its kinda like bug spray meets the marine corp

Soak it with wasp spray, then leave it. Keep an eye on it, so they dont come back. one natural way is birds, look up the kind who eat wasp. get that kind of birdseed, if they are in your area, and Wasps wont really be a problem any more. or try Venus fly traps or other plants that deter and help get rid of insects. hey, hell try the zapper. just see what idea works for you. theres just something about that location that keeps bringing them back.

wd40 and a lighter, if you burn their nest they won't come back. It's a natural instinct because of like forest fires or something...

just spray the wd40 all over the nest then step back light the lighter and spray the wd40 making a flamethrower. becareful you dont burn down your house though.

    RAID! Wasp and Hornet killer!

The kind that shoots up to 20 feet, so you can stand back away from the nest while you shoot it, and it will also kill up to three months wasps returning to the nest!

for those of you who read Clint's answer remember that those products are restricted use and may not be available to the general public, they are used by pest control pros, raid will work fine but remember that if it rains it will wash the chemical away so you may need to re-apply it, also raid only lasts for as long as they tell you under perfect conditions so if it says 3 months it may only last for a few weeks under higher or lower weather temperatures. i think the bird feeder idea would be the best natural way to stop them

Recommended products and treatment for wasps are SUSPEND or DEMON WP sprayed in that area.
