In Washington State, How old do you have to be to work at Zumiez?(the clothing store/skate shop)?

In Washington state, the minimum age for minors to work is 14. The Zumiez job application says "If you are under the age of 18, you may be required to submit a minor work authorization."

Why don't you call them and ask? My bet would be 16. Although you can work when you are 14, not many companies higher 14 year olds.
