For a temporary fix for pinholes, put about a tablespoon of ground black pepper (the same stuff that is in the pepper shaker on the dining room table) in the radiator and refill it with coolant.
Have the radiator repaired or replaced as soon as possible, and keep an eye on the coolant and temperature levels until you do.

let engine cool down. then add water until its full. then just drive it like that. dont put the top on all the way just twist it on enough to keep the water from spilling out. this will prevent the system from pressureizing and reduce the leak. this is only a temporary repair. radiator must be replaced ASAP

There is a radiator 'stop leak' you can pour into your radiator. It will fill the leak holes and allow you to drive, but you would have to get your radiator repaired or replaced in the near future.
You can get it at an auto parts store.

I've used coarse ground black pepper in a pinch. I know this sounds crazy, but it did work. I was in Michigan in my '60 Chevy and got a leak I was young and poor, and on my way back to CA. The pepper held for years, untill I sold the car.

try BARS LEAKS brand ...cooling system stop leak...available at all fine automotive part,s retailer,s......add 1 bottle stop leak, refill with water, drive for at least 15 minute,s to insure proper sealing........good luck! the chemical reaction work,s much like the coagulant,s in your blood...it will seal leak,s while unaffecting the normal function of your cooling system.......work,s well with all antifreeze,s....leave it in & it will stop future leak,s as they occur.
