Foreign Interest Rates?

There is a fascinating

new book by Ken Fisher called "The Only Three Questions That Count".

In it, Mr. Fisher posits that both "growth" and "value" stocks can be graded by

current strength as determined by the "Global Yield Curve". The

equation for the curve includes the spread between short-term and long-

term interest rates (3m and 10yr). The countries involved are the 23 that make up (Morgan Stanley's) MSCI World Index.

Can anyone steer me to an appropriate web-site for information on those

current interest rates? It's the only way to keep the equation up-to-

date, which is a great buy and sell indicator for both "growth"

and "value" stocks.

I looked and I couldn't find anything, sorry...

Have you tried doing a Yahoo or Google search? I have found sites with other interest rates by doing that, but not in regards to what you are asking.
