Just wondering, Of all the " Safe & Sane Fireworks ".....which?

No fireworks here. We are just going to have our yearly outhouse burning. After a year, it's time to build a new one anyway.

no cuz the fires. GO to vegas, it's just a bit of a drive and if you leave now you can get here before they set off the fireworks. I watched last year from the mountain and it was awesome. It looked like an ocean of light, with all the street, urban and suburban lights and the lights from the strip, then with fireworks here and there looking like crashing foamy waves... Each neighborhood had their own fireworks and then the strip lights them off, lake mead as well... It is awesome either way... :P

I don't know what a "ground flower" is, unless it's like what we used to call "snakes" when I was a kid? I LOVE sparklers! Where I live, fireworks are outlawed, but from my house,in the driveway, I can see at least 3 different (municipal and also at the D-Backs ball park) BIG displays! They go on most of the night! It's pretty cool! And a much better drive than it used to be. (smile) Do you go to one of the big ones? }:>

I don't think they even make them anymore but I remember these little round black ones that when you light them up they just get longer and longer. I think we called them "snakes". They were hard to light but virtually harmless. I enjoy going out and watching the neighbors burn their money instead of buying any myself. When did the 4th of July become "JULY"? The kids around here started on the first and will probably continue to the 31st which makes a nervous wreck out of my poor little dog.

no fireworks but i have enough land that when i shoot my favorite gun off, it doesn't pose any danger to anyone. when i was a kid i loved bottle rockets, heck, i loved it all. actually, i can't own a gun for another 3 years, but i'll fire off my daddy's gun. ground flowers are really cool too. i love the 4thof July. gonna barBQ, and have all my rowdy friends over. everyone have a great 4th tomorrow.

Are there any that aren't illegal any more?

I usually like the ones that actually DO something! Those aren't safe, according to law. I had some last year that I had never seen before, even the neighbors came to watch. Now, can't find them anywhere.

My favorites are the ones I watch from a distance. When I was a kid I ended up in the emergency room EVERY 4th of July!

We don't have much of an extravaganza. Some clowns shoot them off across our lake. Upsets my dogs immensely! I envy you to be able to have such a show! Have a nice holiday.

I like dousing myself with cologne and having a roman candle fight with my friends, as soon as i get hit with the roman candle fireball i light up like a bon fire and start running down the street screaming "HELP ME, HELP ME, OH GOD HELP ME, I'M DIEING" people think it's for real but i never get burned much, is this safe & sane fireworks?

I like the loud arial fireworks that the city puts on.
