How do I increase skills lvl on neopets?
Hey peoples! I dont go on as often anymore, but i still sometimes go on neopets. Also, i have opened a bunch of bottled faeries, and now my pet has a lot of skills. But i have a problem, could someone please tell me how to raise a skill lvl (like skills you get from faeries in a faerie bottle?) thank you!

If you land on the Light Faerie at the Wheel of Excitement, she increases your level in a random ability.
