Does playing/singing the National Anthem before every athletic event?
honor America, or does it demean the anthem?

it was meant to honor the country and flag.
but, it pisses me off when i hear them butcher it. it seems no one knows how to sing it. it is supposed to be sung with dignity, and not as some damn rock or rap song. the way they sing it now, certainly is demeaning.
