can you easily accept circumstances as they exist or you rebel a bit?

Rebellion is one of my mixed blessings. The behavior comes naturally for addicts, plus it's inherent in my genetic makeup.

Acceptance really depends upon the situation. If it's the will of my Higher Power that "Situation X" is to change, with or without my direct involvement, so be it. But sometimes my Higher Power says "No."

In the case of the latter it's only through acceptance that I may eventually re-gain serenity.

Definitely got a streak of rebellion in me
