hi, i was wondering if you wear wrist weights (10lbs) 24/7 would that build you're biceps?

    I've heard many times that using ankle and wrist weights while running or walking doesn't increase muscle mass and is hard on the joints. Not running? Well, wearing them 24/7 may also be hard on the joints. And, will probably wear out your arms very soon.

    Dude, it's going to kill your wrists and elbows! Just start a work out regime, and do some biceps curls. Light weights like that are not going to build your biceps up.

    10 pounds a piece sound like a lot....unless u are a dude i guess but even then that still sounds like alot of weight on the wrist all day...doesnt really sound like that would be good for your wrists
