How Many Calories in this Dog Food?

Question

Hi, it's July 4th, and I brought my pups to a BBQ w/out their usual food (Nature's Variety)

After much label reading at the local Walgreens, I came across a can of Iams wet that was suitable for my Westie w/allergies.  Not the best, but hey, I eat crap sometimes, too, right!  =)  And of course, she loved it!!  =P

I'd like to know how many calories were in that food, though.  I can't find it from a google search, does anyone have a good link with this kind of information?

Just wanted to coment:if you've been feeding Nature's Variety why on earth would you even consider a food such as from Walmart?  Why not just buy some raw ground hamburger and feed it.  Simple as that.  What matters is the value of the meat (food ) you fed your Westies, not the calories.  Junk food is junk food, but how much easier and better for you and the dogs to eat some quality meat-Nature's Variety sells lots of frozen raw diets, I'm sure you're aware.  Not giving a complete meal is akin to us eating  hot dogs, no veggies, etc.
