outfits, anyone?

Question

i know there have been a lot of questions like this one, but i seriously need some help. I want a cool back to school wardrobe, but i want it cheap. i don't have that much money, like, 100 dollars at the most, so just give me the links to a couple of shirts, pants, and if possible, shoes, because i need everything under twenty bucks.

make an outfit if you want, but if you don't that's cool, because i will probably be able to do it myself.
i appreciate your time and effort, and hopefully, i choose you as number one!

I love Delia's too.  I have the perfect outfit for you!!  These are mostly from the clearance section.  The end of season sales are going on now!

or aeropostale has really cheap tank tops.  Get one in red or teal to match the skirt.  
Get a lot of simple t-shirts from aeropostale, delia's, old navy, etc. and pair them with jeans.  TJ Maxx has some very cute clothes for very cheap.  Abercrombie is expensive, though.

Try alloy.com They have nice clothes and right now they are having a clearance. Or wetseal. They have nice clothes too. Or hottopic.com Aeropostale is also great!!! How do you not like that store? I've never heard of papaya, and I don't like A&F or pacsun. Macy's has nice stuff too. Target's new line Libertine, is really nice and its cheap, so go to target too.

target is gooood they have the latest styles and they are cheap just get a nice cute t .shirt or (long sleeve ) and a mini skirt or jeans and a jacket or even some leggings under a mini skirt or maybe some flip flops or some runners.

keep checking store flyers in the beginning of the seasons. they always have stuff on 30-40% sale at that time. since u like trendy clothes you shouldnt wait till the end of the season sales when everything is very cheap.  

sometimes outlet stores also have good stuff at cheap price.  new york & company is also good store to buy clothes.

would it be okay if i choose colors and shirts instead of stores? thanx. if you want a back to school look.........get a pair of jeans and a bright shirt! and get some eattings like hoops. and for you hair..make it curly because hoops always go good with curly....................if you don't want to make it frizzy, here's what to do:

Braid your hair after your shower so it's nice and wet. leave it like that till morning. and in the morning.........you take out your braids and comb it lightly. untill ya like! 

And bring a sling bag if you have one!
