In answer to Sandyjean they become doctors as its there respectable ticket into the UK, as in a lot of other professional jobs. Lets hope most of the arrivals just want to live in peace with us.

While our own doctors are having great difficulty in securing a post here they have to join the brain drain and go overseas.

Apparently the bombers failed because they used NHS syringes, you would have thought they would have know better, after all nothing works in the NHS. (except the nurse's) no matter how much money we throw at it, Maybe next time, they will go Private !!!
