    If you have low self esteem, go volunteer in a nursing home or someplace. Do something nice for a total stranger without expecting anything back. Help your mom around the house. Write your grandma a nice letter. Your opinion of yourself will get better in a hurry.

    sometimes i get into my low self-esteem mood. but my love intrest helps pull me out of it. he is the best.
