A few deer resistant trees: various maples, various birches, various spruces, various firs, various pines, Hawthorn, Dogwood, Ginkgo.
A few deer resistant shrubs: daphne, butterfly bush, boxwood, barberry, spirea, nandina, various rhododendrons, beautybush, American holly, Mugo pine, forsythia, hibiscus, lilac, currant, gardenia.
A few deer resistant perennials: sage, lavender, yarrow, liatris, columbine, bleeding heart, catnip, candytuft, foxglove, delphinium, Jacob's ladder, thalictrum, salvia, coral bells, goldenrod, lupine, hellebore, veronica.

Dear! Dear! Try planting ground Ivy around garden, They simple love it. They will eat their fill and ignore the flowers, etc. The Ivy will keep growing back and your restaurant will soon have babies, mamas, and papa deers visiting. They are beauty to watch through your windows.

deer will eat anything nearly, but what u can do is get dry hot peppers or whatever hot peppers u can getr, boil them in water and spray ur plants when the water cools. test it by trying it urself. all creatures will avoid the pepper smell u must repeat this after a rain does not hurt plants

I think ;they will eat just about anything but a friend who knows these things said if you throw human hair around your plants deer will not go near it. He said just go to some beauty and barber shops and ask for the hair they cut off.

If you go to your feed store and buy a big bag of oats and put it out away from your garden the deer will eat that and not your garden...hope it helps.

There are lots of bulbs that deer tend to avoid because they're poisonous.

I live in the mountains-and they seem to eat everything except my rosemary and St. John's wort-hypericum. Oleanders are toxic to them also-but I don't care for that shrub-some people do. Oh yes, they don't care for iris, jonquils, or daffodils either
