iTunes/QuickTime... My son thinks I'm a computer whizz - please help to keep his illusion intact by helping me

Ok, when you first start up the computer, go to http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ - this is where the Quicktime is located on Apple's website.

Just follow the on screen instructions, and it should work for you,

Quicktime is like Windows Media Player, and Realtime, just another multimedia player.

You need to download quicktime and install. There is a free version and a pro version. Once installed don't click on the upgrade to pro link. You might want to upgrade Itunes as well.

all you have to do it go to www.apple.com, and go to the itunes tab, and reinstall it. but first, maybe you shoud uninstall quick time.

Or, you can first uninstall quicktime in your control panel-add or remove programs. And install it again. (i recommend you do this instead of what i said earlier) here is the site for quicktime:

Oh, and quicktime is a type of program needed to run itunes
