Water vs Juice, which one is healthier?
If you try to lose some weight and maintaining physical fitness, which one is better?
And with the Juice I do mean FRESH Juices not the canned Juices.

Actually, you need to use both!!
Juice gives you a quick burst of energy, some vitamins & minerals, and aids in promoting good appetite. Best to have juice before exercise and during meals.
Water is your cooling fluid and energy mixer. Your body burns water 5X faster for energy & cooling than food. Just by loosing 2% body water content your energy will drop by 35%! You need water, a lot. Drink after exercise, during the day, almost anytime you feel thirsty. 1 glass before each meal will also help decrease appetite. Most people don't drink enough water and so their appetite goes up (thus they get fat) when all they really need is to double their water intake.
Don't be surprised how often you will need to go to th washroom though (about 4 - 6X/day min if you are watering right).

Water is far healthier than juice.
If you want the goodness from fruit , eat the whole fruit rather than drink the juice, that way you get the fiber.
Water.... especially if you are planning to lose weight...there is a lot of natural sugar in juice and fruit.

Both are good. Water is excellent, drink at least 8 glasses a day. Fresh juice is also good because it provides you with many vitamins and minerals. Water is better calorie wise, but it doesn't mean you can't also drink juice to stay healthy.

water is the healthiest drink on the planet! It has 0 calories unlike juice. But fresh juice is good for you as well beacause it can provide you with necessary vitamins essential for a good health. But if you are only taking weight loss into consideration, then water is your drink no doubt

juice if you wan to lose some weightt and maintaining physical fitness. fresh juices contains fiber which in directly have an weight losing effect and with all the rich vits, it is a healthier choice.

drink mostly water..and then maybe a glass of juice a day..milk is awesome for helping with weight loss

water, juice is more of a "food" because it has calories, but as long as you are counting the calories its all good. make sure you get fiber though. i would go with drinking water, and eating fruits and veggies.
