Drastic measures?
I accidently killed my kitten with my car and I had a fleeting thought of riding a bike everywhere so I couldn't kill any animals. I just wondered if anyone ever did take a drastic measure to prevent something or make somethign better in their life?
I do realize it was an accident and I don't plan on riding a bike everywhere, I can't with a baby anyways either. What I wanted to know is if you ever actually went through with a drastic measure such as this.

While riding a bike all the time is healthy for you and well get you really fit and most of the time feelin good, sometimes cars a lot easier. Also, if accidently killing your cat is the reason for this change, dont go through with it. It wasnt your fault it was an accident, a very very rare thing for someone to hit their own cat. So you shouldnt blame yourself. Also its unlikely that you will ever hit another animal so try to get over your fear and ride in a car once in a while, work up to driving if your that sensitive.

Did you eat the cat after you killed it? I know that is a pretty drastic step but as long as you eat what you kill it makes it all ok...Right? I would say a good drastic measure would be to make sure kittens are kept inside until they become smart enough not to jump under car tires. That's just me though.

Nope, pretty much realized it was an accident and tried paying attention from then on.
