How many have placed food or a drink on top of the car and drove away with it still on top?

LOL!!! I just did that yesterday (Saturday)! And what was worse is that I locked my keys in my car and had to have a locksmith come unlock my doors! So after he got it open, I set my drink (it was from McDonald's, so it was in a paper cup with a lid...very easy to burst open IF you drive off with it on your car...hint hint) on the top of my car. There were like 4 or 5 people watching by this time, and I got in my car and was so embarrassed about the key mishap that I forgot about my drink on top of my car and started to drive away. I had my windows down and heard this sound immediately followed by a splash and realized what I'd done....I bee-lined it for home after that.

Luckily I haven't yet, but since I have only been driving for 3 years, accidents might still happen.

My mom left a full cup of coffee on the roof once... It was rather disgusting as it went down the window...it looked like gross dark colored water. The funny thing is it was the mug hit the ground and we still picked it up and it wasn't even chipped.

Another time she put a tin of paint on the roof of our old car... shame the car is sold now but I think there are still a few purple patches on the top where we couldn't get it off.

I have done this once with a drink, but I had put it on the bumper of the truck. Surprisingly it was still there when I got home.

i did that with a plant one time , when i got home the plant was still on top of the car with a few less leaves

I placed my radio on a wall next to a lake and drove away whilst it was blasting music. Luckily nobody stole it, and it was embarrassing returning.

I have done that a couple of times, and once I left my wallet up there, and yes I went back and blocked four lanes of traffic to retrieve it.

I have done it once with a drink and a few times with my sunglasses..... sometimes I get too excited about where im going I just jump in and think later..... thats life

I left a packet of chips on the back of our 4x4 once, but they actually stayed there until we got home.

I have done it countless times. Good to know I'm not the only scatterbrained one around here. :)
