Place it in a separate tank with fresh water and try feeding it again....also make sure that the water is not too hot or too cold.

Most likely it will probably die....I hate to say it, but it looks as if it is losing balance/strength in it's lower body, which is a common sign of fish deterioration (for lack of a better word).

If you have a testing kit, check the NH3 (ammonia). Change at least 50% of your water. Make sure you replace it with water that has been dechlorinated and at about the same temperature. If you have an aeroator, turn it up full.

The fish looks like it is suffering from ammonia or Nitrite poisoning. If you change the water lick I said above, it will dilute the NH3 or Nitirite and the fish may pull through.

If this is a somewhat new tank and has been running for less than 6 weeks, chances are it is NTS (new tank syndrome), which means that the tank has not fully cycled yet.

Change at least 50% of the water everyday until the fish seems to be doing better.

They have an awesome forum with experts who can help you more than I can.

    Good Luck.

Another thing is, this looks like an oscar. These fish are highly prone to hole in the head syndrome. If the fish looks to have a gouge in it's head, then this is what it is. It does not look like ick. It could be an internal parasite, which if it is the case, go to your pet store and get some meds for internal parasites. I can't really help you from looking at just the video, but the water changes are a really good start that needs to be done ASAP.

Looks like swim bladder to me. Don't feed it for two days and see what happens. (it won't starve, they can live for nearly two weeks without food).
