Can anyone suggest a great mixed couples golf tournament or a great tournament for singles?
Wondering if anyone can suggest a fun mixed couples golf tournament that would be held at a nice resort, similar to Carolina Couples Tournament in Myrtle Beach? Golf Digest used to sponsor some in past. Looking for a fun trip.

Per request for clarification, actually, looking anywhere in Continental U.S./lower 48. Seen some on east coast. Maybe one in Biloxi, RTJ area or Tunica/Memphis area if possible. Actually, anywhere that has a little more life than just golf for the trip.
thanks. I had seen that Carson Valley one. Golf Digest had one in Alabama on Nicklaus course and there was one last year in Biloxi area but I havn't seen anything similar for this year yet.

I'm still looking for some tourneys since I am interested in them too. Here is one I found in NV. It is hosted by a hotel/casino (although it looks to be kind of a low budget one), but the area looks nice, and there would be gambling and other vices besides golf. I will post more when I find them. I am still surprised how hard it is to find them! Personally I want something a little more upscale.

Not exactly on point, but
1. Just missed wkend cpls tourney at Olive Branch CC in O.B., MS (just south of Memphis); we stayed in Tunica at Grand; 45 min drive to course;
2. Back Acres CC in Senatobia, MS (1/2 hr south of Tunica) has wkend cpls tourney later this yr; did same re: staying in Tunica last yr.
3. No help for this yr, but am considering developing Mixed Couples Golf Assoc (regionally and nationally) that will include annual calendar of such tourneys, plus one or 2 events such as you inquire about -- probably a spring one and a fall one -- maybe even a Couples Tour with a year-end Tour Championship. Would be interested in feedback on that.
