Can't put music from FrostWire into iTunes/iPod. Help?

Yeah i use frostwire. i know i'm shouldn't but still yeah. when i try to put music from frostwire into itunes/ipod it says " Some of the files were not copied to this ipod because it can not be played"

This never happened before, it usually works.

soo.. help ? please.

Update:

yeah , i don't use limewire anymore because i heard if they find out you use it, you get sued or something,

    maybe the music isnt the rite kinda file. ipods take mp3s for music

    instead of frost wire use lime wire that never happens
