Trying to Find the perfect pair of boots.?

I want a pair of knee high black dress boots with a 2-3 inch stacked heel, strechy shank (I have thick legs) pointed toe, that costsunder $75.00 and doesn't like hooker boots.

Any idea where I can find such a thing????
