help me please!!! i just got a call regarding free vacation?

SOME of these calls are legitimate. The ones who will fax or send you the information by mail are most likely legitimate. The free air tickets is something I would be concerned about. Make them prove it in writing AND make them prove there are no blackout days...or at least make them show you when the blackout days ARE. Also, go to www.ripoffreport.com and enter the name of the company. If there have been complaints you will be able to read them there.

The vacation company is advertising the sale of a timeshare property. Go there with the intention of saying no, even if their pitch is good and the deal sounds really good. You only have to spend 90 minutes with them. Youll get a nice tour, youll get a pushy sales pitch, and then the rest of the vacation is yours. Just do your research on the company first. Good luck.

I think Sean has just about covered everything you have asked and then some. I received a call from a similar company for a free week's vacation to Disneyland - with the same idea - a 90 minute pitch for a TIMESHARE. The idea was good and we went through the process, but it only cost us the trip there. We were able to take the whole family and spent little or nothing. They paid for hotel and food and tickets to the park for two days. I don't know how they get positive results, but I guess there are enough people who are interested in the Timeshare program . Personally, it can be a crock if you buy into it - and have other people who have to share your space and you can't get the condo when YOU want it. The downside to the Timeshares is trying to get out of one....been there - done that. Check it out and like Sean said - get it all in writing.

I also was offered a free vacation and told the girl who called me "No Thanks, you can have my free vacation". And they could not respond to that

It's a scam. They are going to harangue you for an hour and a half and then tell you you don't get the trip unless you buy what they're selling. Or it will be a freebie but you'll be flying standby to some hellhole. And lo and behold, suddenly you'll be on about a hundred telemarketing lists, even if you are on the National do-not-call registry.

This has been running for years over here .They are usually trying to sell time share interests in holiday units & the free weekend in these cases is a genuine offer .

Ask the question but if this is the same deal , you might as well go for it !
