How can I get skinny at home?

I dont usually go anywhere and not allowed by myself..I dont have nay machines or excersise equitment at home so how can i lose weight??

    1.reduce your meals by 1/2.. you'll feel hungry at first but graduallly your stomach will reduce and get "smaller" but it will leave less room for your stomach to intake more food in the end!

    2. drink water! you'll have to go to the restroom alot but this is a easy way to lose weight and keep your body hydrated and healthy at the same time

    3. run/walk/swim/bike/situps/push... lol whatever u can do! do it everyday if u can. and you dont even have to do it all at once.. you can split it up into morning and evening

    Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

    Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

    U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

    The best way is to stay active. You can be active without going far. Do the type of activities that you enjoy and you will have better success. Some ideas are skating, swimming, pilates/aerobics, jogging, jumping on a trampoline, dancing, and jumping rope. If you get bored with one acitivty, alternating with other activities that you enjoy. Also, check the fat content of what you are eating. If you lower your fat intake to 10-15g per day, drink plenty of water (1/2 oz. per pound of body weight), and increase your consumption of protein, you will see better results. Also, look for foods that our low in sodium.

    You don't want to be "skinny" you want to be lean, fit and healthy. "Skinny" means that you have no muscle tone and if you became ill you may die because of lack of fat (which is needed on your body to keep you alive). In order to be lean you must eat lean food. As in fruits and vegetables, and limit your red meat servings to one or two a week. Eat mostly fish, chicken and egg whites for protein. Also don't drink juice. Many people think its a great way to get nutrients, but because of all the sugar its healthier to just eat a fruit. Measure out your food, weigh it and make sure that you are getting the recommended amount of calories for your age and height. Try not to snack because a lot of the time you end up eating more than you expect. So cut up celery and carrots and peppers, put them in a Tupperware container with water so that when your hungry or need a snack you can snack on them. 90% of weight loss is what you eat. Limit your carbs also. But remember you DO NEED CARBS other wise toxins can't be pushed out of your body properly.

    For exercise: If you have stairs in your house run up and down them 10-20 times (depending on the size) till you feel slightly out of breathe then stretch. Its important to stretch before you start the actual workout and that you warm up before hand. Then do lunges up your stairs skipping two steps at a times do 5 sets of 10-20 till you can really feel it in your legs. Then bunny hop down the stairs for 5 sets. After that quick step up the steps. Then do 25 crunches on a ball so that you have a 180 degree range of motion. Do 25 side crunches on the ball on each side. Then do 25 push ups. If you can't do regular push-ups then put your feet on the ground and do the push ups off the ball. Make sure that you work your back after this by laying on the floor and lifting one arm and the opposite leg (do 50). Then take the ball and put the small of your back on the ball and the ball on the wall. Do 25 squats in this position. Do 25 side lunges on each side to achieve strong fit legs like the stars. To really work your abs buy a medicine ball that weighs 10 pounds, put it on your stomach while in a crunch position and do as many crunches as you can in 2-5 mins. Also take the medicine ball (still in a crunch position) and twist around and stretch the ball out far and lower to the ground. Twist to the other side. Do as many as you can in 2-5 min. Then run up and down your stairs for 10-20 mins. Stretch after and walk around your house till your heart rate slows down. Try to do this routine 3-5 times a week for results in about a month. To see results faster do pilates 4 times a week in combination with the exercise routine. Also try to go on walks, runs, ride your bike, rollerblade, jump rope, walk around the mall with your friends (don't eat the junk food ;) and you will be feeling and looking better in no time! All you have to do is incorporate healthy living into your everyday life. I wish you the best of luck!
