i want to make poms!! any tips?

to make the team you have to be able to the splits... I have like 4 days... anything that would help me make the team would be great!!

    if you sit in the split for 10 minutes everyday with your front leg up on a big book like a dictionary, then take it out and sit in it for ten more minutes, you should have it pretty fast.

    hmmm i dunno. i'd check with a doctor to see if its right to just jump and do a split. cause that would hurt and it might stretch your muscles. my best advice is to slowly stretch your muscles so you can do a split. but this takes a looooong time.

    at first glance, I thought you said, you wanted to make "porns".....And it didnt make sense that you needed to train for porn or do splits. lol
