I have program a downloaded and when i try to run it, it says: Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. I can still access everything else....control pannel, command prompt, etc. Any help would be greatly apreciated.
I am an admin.....i already installed it and im trying to run it. It is called trial-reset. Im trying to remove armadillo registry files.
i tried going to the registry editor and searching for armadillio files but nothing comes up.

An easier way, without any extra software, is to click on start-run-regedit <enter>, then press F3 to find...
type in "armadillo".
remove the registry keys manually. The registry does not contain files. It's a database contained in two files.

Are you logged on as the Administrator or are you a user that belongs to the Administrator group?
If you can access Control Panel then I assume you are an Administrator.

This one is easy i think of once you put in the AVG antivirus and have been given performed with it, you will have replaced the firewalll setings on your convenience. Please re-flow to the Firewall or computing device risk-free practices tab of AVG and fix defaults>restart the computing device and attempt. If no longer then un-deploy AVG and intall back without chanein any settings. you're able to prefer to alter the antivirus Please be helpful with custom settings to Firewall or computing device securiy utility they'd assist you while used wisely or make your computting adventure a nightmare if different sensible.

Need more info, but I'd bet you need to be using the administrator account to install this program. Just a guess.
