    Microbrew: The Trainwreck at The Pearl Street Grill and Brewery in Buffalo, NY (Altbier).

    Regional: Yuengling Traditional Lager

    Nationally Distributed: Samuel Adams Boston Lager

    Imported: Either Guinness or Murphy's.

    It varies. When it's hot, I want something lighter like a wheat beer. When it's cooler, I'll go bigger. Something with a ton of hops or an interesting twist of the Belgian thing is always welcome.

    Things I never drink: Any pale light lager from BMC or the international equivalent. Corona's out, Heinie out, Stella out, San Miguel, Kirin, Sapporo (ok, not the black), etc. If it claims to be a true pilsner and isn't from Bohemia or Bavaria, out. Give me flavor, not skunkilicious blandness.

    Imported: Asahi....great with sushi!
