What's your favorite beer?

Microbrew: The Trainwreck at The Pearl Street Grill and Brewery in Buffalo, NY (Altbier).

Regional: Yuengling Traditional Lager

Nationally Distributed: Samuel Adams Boston Lager

Imported: Either Guinness or Murphy's.

I like Michelob Ultra and Bud Select.

My favorite import is Red Stripe from Jamaica.

Hee.... Flying Dog Brewery: In-Heat Wheat.

It varies. When it's hot, I want something lighter like a wheat beer. When it's cooler, I'll go bigger. Something with a ton of hops or an interesting twist of the Belgian thing is always welcome.

Things I never drink: Any pale light lager from BMC or the international equivalent. Corona's out, Heinie out, Stella out, San Miguel, Kirin, Sapporo (ok, not the black), etc. If it claims to be a true pilsner and isn't from Bohemia or Bavaria, out. Give me flavor, not skunkilicious blandness.

Sleeman's Honey Brown, or Alexander Keith's India Pale Ale, or Red Amber Ale

For mass consumption: Miller Lite

For enjoying a few: Peroni, Rolling Rock, Dos Equis

Stone Brewing's Arrogant Bastard Ale or Ruination IPA

I drink Miller High Life in the USA

Corona in Mexico

Tiger in Thailand

San Migel in the Philippines
