what is the best isp for minnesotans?

i live in a suburb and i have qwest

they dont do anything when something is wrong and it sucks

all my friends have either qwest or comcast and they all get really fast internet so just asking which do you think is the best.

Update:

the directway site didnt work and the other guy didnt help at all
