Your violating the first amendment if they do that so that would not be a good idea ,that is what this country is all about to express your point of view even if the rest of the country does not agree with it.

The liberals are already trying to do that with the Fairness bill they've come up with. It is to try and get Rush Limbaugh off the radio (and some others). That is not the way to go. All anyone has to do if they don't want to hear Rush or other Conservatives, is to turn their radio dial to another station (like I do if I hear Howard Stern). We have to treat all people alike. We can't limit freedom of speech to just right wing or left wing elements. (you should know that before asking such a silly question).

No.
The First Ammendment:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
The only people who seem to have a problem with tis are the right-wing.
Well--this is America--love t or leave it.

As much as I can't stand the nut job extreme lefties, I do not think their speech should be censored. Which is exactly what they want done to conservative talk radio. Since they can't compete in that market and the conservative message is gaining influence and spreading.

You just identified exactly WHY freedom of speech exists.
So one group cannot silence another group just because you disagree with them.

The best way to do that, is to cut out all relations between the ACLU and our S. Court system!!
Put it into law, the Courts shall have no relation with activist judges.
This needs to be done badly!
