what is the weirdest thing you have ever eaten??

what's the weirdest delicacy you've tried? what did you think of it?

mine has to be shark fin soup..it was like eating soup full of rubber bands!!

    Balut. A half developed chick in an egg....boiled...when you open it, you can see the feathers and the eyes and some other parts....its a filipino delicacy and supposedly an aphrodiziac. I love the yellow yolk and the juice. :-)

    At a company dinner there were strange appetizers.

    I ate a small cooked octopus.

    It was like eating a rubber fish.

    Squid is better.

    A chocolate my brother tricked me to eat. It was a chocolate with cherry inside. It's called the Marzipan. It tasted like Medicine. Eeeeccccccccckkkkkkkkkkkkkkk!!!!!

    Crocodile Sausage Gumbo. I have to admit, it was pretty good! Wish I could have more, but that was only a family vacation to New Orleans several years back...

    A fruit from India which looked like a hand grenade on the outside but had a very odd interior which was quite slimy. I think there nick name is custard apples because that's what they taste like. WEIRD.................

    Lamb brain - boiled and sliced with lemon juice and olive oil on top. Delicious..
