How do I make pain in my heels go away?
I have really bad pain in my heels every morning when I wake up. I can barely stand on them when I get out of bed. The pain is bad for a while and then gets better, but I can always feel it. Any help?

I got the same thing in my right foot. They xrayed and found a bone spur, you should check with your doctor to see what can be done. There are gel inserts you can put in your shoes to alleviate pain, also wait a minute or 2 before getting out of bed, for some reason that seems to help and within a few minutes you are walking regular again.

I hear you loud and clear. There is a name for the condition, but I forget what it is. You may need orthodics...that's what I was told. You can buy generic ones in places like Wal~Mart, but the good ones are very expensive $400.00
Then I tried on a pair of Holey Soles. Crocs are the same. Some people think they are ugly, but since I have been wearing them I have no more heel pain.

It's probably plantar facitis (sp??), there are orthotics you can put in your shoes, you have to see a specialist they custom make them to fit your foot exactly. My doctor also prescribed medicated pads that you wear over night, they release lidocaine which is a pain reliever. You do need to see a doctor for this unless you want to self medicate with otc drugs. The doctor may also recommend custom shoes that have built in shock absorbers, they are not real stylish.

It's probably heel spurs. go to anorthopedist and get orthotics. I did this several years ago wore the orthotics until they broke on me, no more pain since even w/o them. Also try always wearing shoes that tie, they give better support.

I think you might need a check up. Unless you have been injured through exercise or the like, you might have something wrong like arthritis or a bone spur or something like it. Go see your doctor and be gentle with feet until you find out what is wrong. This is not normal at all.
