Sail from San Francisco to San Diego?

We are 2 x couples from the UK planning a vacation along the west coast. Can anyone give information on cruise liners or charter companies or if this is recommended. We hoped to stop at Monterey, San Simeon, Santa Barbara, LA and San Diego and fly back to the UK from there

fly into the city of your choice San Fransisco is a good choice and rent a car, you'll find driving easy in the USA just remember to drive on the other side of the road. The drive south along the coast ( highway 1) is wonderful, there are some many places to stop. BIG SUR is one place, beaches woods, rivers, small towns, lots of fun. you'll drive through LA, (BIG CITY) lots to see, go a few miles inland ( maybe 30) to Anaheim and you can visit Disney Land ( the original ) get back to the coast and continue south to San Diego visit water world, the Zoo, and GREAT shopping. enjoy.

there is not any thank you to wisely answer that query. Boston guy has lots of the respond, yet time of year, triumphing winds, around-the-clock crusing or day hopping, all would have it incredibly is effect. the time-honored blue water boat is 35 feet long, and time-honored hull velocity would be approximately 6.5 knots, it is in basic terms a splash over 8/10ths of a mile in line with hour. in basic terms a chart would have the flexibility to enable you realize the area you may plan to return and forth, and then do the mathematics.
