Is T-mobile Sidekick 3 available in the Philippines? Can my SIM work when I put it inside?
I live in the Philippines but I have relatives that live in the US. I don't think I can buy it here but I'll let my uncle buy it. But I don't know if the SIM here will work in the cell phone.

No.
Even when unlocked - you can only use the phone for calling and texting. The way the Sidekick was designed is that the OS is sort of tied to the carrier that it was designed for. So there really is no point on getting a TMob Sidekick imported to the Philippines.
But there should be a lot of alternatives available in the Philippines as there are a lot of easily available high end unlocked GSM phones over there. Just head over to Greenhills etc..

No it will not work. the SK3 only works with T-mobile US sim chips and the data, im, will not work (not even phone calls if you dont have the right one).
There is no way to unlock them yet.
