Will I lose my license until I'm 21, or just have this ticket?? I know I'm an idiot, I just really need HELP!
Last night, my friend and I drove up to Wisconsin between the hours of 10:00-3AM.
Here's the situation: I do not have my license. I further more do not have my learners permit. I was joking with my friend and swirved to the left of the road a little, and out of NOWHERE a cop pulls us over. Now as you can imagine, we were freaking out (in a calmly manner) and the cop is asking for license.
So stupid Bryttany (myself) says that I am indeed 16, but I must have left my license at home in Illinois.
Two hours later the cop lets me off with a 121.60 ticket for swirving, and expects me to call him today with my license information or I will receive another ticket for operating a vehicle without a license.
Now--If I don't call him today (because I have no license information to give him, obviously) will I lose my license until I'm 21, or just have this ticket?
Because he still wouldn't know that I don't have my license ( He also has the wrong spelling of my name, and my old address)

Luckily, by giving him the wrong spelling of your name and your old address, you just committed another crime. If caught, you probably will lose your license until your 21.
I suggest looking into some really good attorneys.

You will get another ticket for driving without a license. If you don't call him, you could be arrested and denied a license until you are 21. Best thing to do is to call him and let him know that you do not have a license and he will let you off with the ticket. CALL HIM!!

You will just get another ticket for operating a vehicle without providing proper ID within 24 hours. And he probably has all the information he needs from your license plate.

The *right* thing to do is to tell your parents and then turn yourself in. You have already committed two crimes by driving with out a license and, I'm assuming, stealing a parent's vehicle. The last thing you need right now is to ad willingly ignoring this, which is also against the law. Please just turn yourself in and accept that your actions have consequences before you make this much much much worse on yourself. Btw, I'm pretty sure it will take the police about two seconds to track you down with an old address and misspelled name, they are professionals in this area.
Sorry, make that 3 crimes already. I forgot about the lying to a police officer one. Turn yourself in before it gets worse!

I would have your parents go with you to the nearest police station and explain the folly of your childhood ways. If you lose your driving permit until 21, at least you'll be honest at 21.
You don't want the dogging you the rest of your life. Fix it now.

Umm this is a hard one. I don't know the answer but I hope that you have learned your lesson. I used to drive with out a license all the time but I was careful!! I know that you can call a lawyers office and ask to speak with someone about a legal matter and most of them can give you free advice or tell you the situation. Best of luck to you honey!

Suck it up and deal with it. You knew the rules when you decided to take someone's car and drive it around.
Maybe it's time to try on the big girl pants.

If he can't find you, then why worry? However, if he goes to your old home and talks to nosey neighbors you'd be screwed. Just call him and face the music. That's what you get for doing something you shouldn't.
You should have just told him you swerved to keep from hitting an animal. You couldd have made him feel like an *** for trying to give you a ticket then.
