Why am I not hungry while I cook or after I'm done cooking?

Everytime I cook, I have little or no appetite to eat afterwards - I am usually not hungry enough even to eat what I've just prepared! Why is this?

Your senses are overwhelmed by all the smells and you are stressing over the taste and probably worried over the success of the meal. When you are more comfortable with your cooking skills you will be able to eat again. Try cooking meals you are comfortable with more often and save the fancy stuff for weekend suppers. Good Luck!

Where is daddy while you come residence from paintings? Is it feasible that he can occupy your son at the same time you cook dinner, or he can cook dinner at the same time you occupy your son? Maybe you'll ask the daycare to supply him a snack at a designated time, probably an hour earlier than you cross to prefer him up. If this is not possible, Maybe have a few Cheerios within the vehicle that he can nibble on, at the means residence. It additionally works if while you get within the residence, spend 10 mins with him, earlier than you begin cooking. Then provide an explanation for to him that you just need to cook dinner dinner and also you wish him to be a well boy, and you are going to play with him a few extra after dinner. Hope this is helping...
