I disagree.
the versatility of LeBron allows him to play any position he likes. Not all shooting guards have to make 3s. I mean, Rashard Lewis, 6'10, sometimes plays shooting guard.
Also Shawn Marion, he can play SG, SF, and PF. and he is only like 6'6 6'7. And he doesnt make a lot of 3s.
It is not what position they are to be compared to MJ, it is how they play

even inspite of the indisputable fact that he's in all probability my customary shooting shield, there are various SGs that shoot better than he does, so as that has to decrease his status because of the fact the excellent shooting shield. yet he assaults the rim besides as any perimeter participant in the league so if he works on his selection he must be between the excellent SGs ever. As for quitting, i think of it somewhat isn't likely to ensue with the helping forged he's have been given now.

nobody said bron was a SG. of course he is a SF, who didnt know that? wade is more of a combo guard. he can handle and score so he is a pg/sg much like iverson.
