If Sp. means life time span of virus......
Virus is neither a living thing nor a dead thing.
If a virus is left in a non living atmosphere like no air, food there will be no sign of life in it. If the same virus is kept in the vicinity of a host or living environment it gives all the characters of a living thing (Breath, Heat, Reproducing).
Virus decays leaving gasses if heated. Until then it lives.

sp meaning species?..
that would be a question noone could answer, since theres probably billions of viruses that have not been discovered.
In fact in my last virology lab, we did some experiments to look for new viruses, and 80% of us found new ones.
anyway... just so you have an idea, viral particles are the most abundant in this planet compared to humans, bacteria or anything else.
according to my professor, who is quite an expert there is enough viral particles on earth to line them up and go to the andromeda galaxy back and forth.... TWICE
youve heard about how small viruses are... so just do the math! hahaha
