You can buy heel grips at almost any store. I have them in a lot of my shoes.

They have them at Target, CVS, Walmart and even at my Macy's in the shoe dept and many different brands. I put the link above to show you what they are. They can range from less than $2 to $5, I just buy the cheapest and they work. Sometimes I can even get them free from the sales people at Macy's like the little socks they give you.

I have found that almost every pair off ballet flats I get stretch out, so I buy them a little to small. I saw that some one mentioned the dr schools things they are good, I use them for a couple pair of heels. You can also put a liner in your shoe that will give you support and also make the shoe more snug if you have noticed them loosening up. I also use those, I have one pair that I use in all my ballet flats.

Maybe flats aren't ment for you. If you just bought them, go back to the shoe store and exchange them. They could harm your feet if they are not made properly. Then ask an employee if they can help you figure out what the problem is. Then maybe they can find flats that are better for you.

I have that problem all the time. Whenever I find a size that fits perfectly, I fear that I'll outgrow it before I get a chance to wear it, but when i get a larger size they are too big. Get the ones that fit a bit tight. It might not be comfortable, I know, but you should get the ones that fit, not the ones that you will grow into later, because you never know if your taste in shoes will change by the time you grow into them :)

Get ones that fit really well. I have narrow feet too and that does make a difference. It makes them a little bit harder to stay on your feet.

Try it with Dr Scholl's "For Her Heel Liners". Choose the one for "protects heels from shoes slipping and rubbing". It costs between $ 5- $ 8. It depends on the stores. Walgreens and Rite aid sell it for $ 7.99 for one pair. if you order online from drugstore.com, it's $ 4.99 per pair + shipping. If you order above $ 25 for any items, shipping is free.

Flat shoes don't support your kind of foot. Maybe you should get inserts to help support the arch of your foot. You can get inserts at everyday stores like walmart, ralphs, target, etc. Or you can get them at shoe stores.

if you get them to fit they wont flip up and down but if they're just a little bit bigger than the size shoe you wear they'll flip up and down

this sounds kinda weird but like, take your foot and kinda kick with the back of it, then it shouldn't or you could put a couple or band-aids of the back of the inside of the shoe.
